Jose Aldo plans to comeback inside the octagon and to stay in featherweight division

After losing his belt to Max Holloway at UFC212 on June, retirement is not yet listed in Jose Aldo’s menu.

The Brazilian MMA fighter who formerly holds the featherweight title twice, revealed that he’s back working out and plans to comeback inside the octagon before 2017 ends.

“We’re already talking, I’m back to training,” “I’m waiting for my time to come back to fighting, but I can’t say anything until it’s done.” “I’ll fight in December, at most, but if I can fight earlier, in November…” -Jose Aldo

“Scar face” Aldo also added that he won’t go up in weight because there’s no valid cause at all. So, he’ll probably stay at featherweight division when he drives back in octagon.

“I’ll fight at featherweight, there’s no reason to move up to lightweight. That division is not moving, nobody knows what will happen there. I’m a featherweight.”

At this moment, Team Aldo doesn’t want to make an announcement yet about their targeted opponent.

The Brazilian legend said that the game has been shifted and he needs a restart. He’s not rushing the process by thinking of another title shot. He’ll start again from the beginning doing some not so major fights.

While taking his time off outside the octagon, Aldo is participating in an International Brazilian Jujitsu tournament.
