Juarez, said to be Pagara's toughest opponent of his career, served
a sweet dish to a promising Filipino fighter on their scheduled 12 round bout
last weekend at the San Mateo Events Center in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Pagara seen to be conditioned and confident to defend his zone with
a good start controlling the early rounds of the bout. He danced well and even
sent Juarez to the canvas with a beautiful right hook counter during their 1st
round meeting.
But that was the first and last time he saw Juarez hitting the
canvas. The Mexican fighter was able to get back up on 2nd round and
delivered hard hitting blows and combinations.
Prince felt Juarez' power and wasn’t able to crack the stoned like
fighter. He just can't stop Juarez from getting in. He can't stand in front of
Juarez.
Juarez saw an opportunity and on 7th round, He rained Pagara with
hard blows. He knew Pagara can't take it, so, he took the chance. He rushed to
Pagara on 8th and the bout was stopped via KO.
Pagara was on a stretcher and sent to a nearby local hospital
after the fight.
Juarez improved to 18-5 with 14 KOs. While Prince dropped his
